Our office accepts most major insurance companies and Medicare. We are happy to file paperwork to your insurance company, but each patient is ultimately responsible for his or her account. Please be sure to bring your insurance card to each appointment.

Payments

All co-payments are due at the time of service, and we accept cash, check and credit cards. If you are a self paying patient, we are happy to make payment arrangements. Please call our Business Manager to discuss your options.
